Our Story

Our story began 23 years ago...waking to a heart beating rapidly, remembering the voice in a dream that told me to go back to school to learn about food. As I began to follow through with the dream, my mother (because it's always the mother) thought I was insane; after all, I displayed very little interest in cooking. I had a college education and professional career in a completely different field, so, why in the world would I return to school to learn about food service? Well, that's where we met. Was it divine intervention? Absolutely!

We got married and started a small catering business while maintaining full-time jobs and raising a family. Our business has grown through the years all by word-of-mouth. We never advertised (until now). We also live by our motto, "If we won't eat it, we won't serve it." It's more than just a business for us. It's a passion and commitment we uphold to our customers and for the greater glory of God. We are filled with gratitude for the success of our business. What is our definition of success? Being able to balance family, work, and community....because a happy cook is a great cook; and, love is our main ingredient.

Love Letters

Rudy & Rosemary have catered our Christmas parties for 10 years. We have enjoyed great service, consistent excellent food, and a happy can do attitude! They do the heavy lifting 100% or customize to what you want for your occasion. Our employees request them year after year, and they all love their signature dish, Chicken Coriander,

We have also had them cater a surprise 50th birthday party with over 125 people, and they did not break a sweat. We have enjoyed working with them year after year and happily give them a high recommendation.
